Our Price Guarantee TOP

Posh Baby Store strives to offer you exceptional products at competitive prices. We will gladly honor a lower price from another American online store, as long as the items being compared are exactly alike. In order to match a lower price, it must be brought to our attention at the time the order is placed, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts. The guidelines for our Price Match policy are as follows: 

  • The retailer and or website must be an authorized seller of the manufacturer.

  • The product must be identical (color and style) to the item you want to purchase from Posh  Baby Store.

  • Price must be in US dollars.

  • Additional charges such as sales tax and shipping costs will be calculated to compare prices.

  • We do not price match auction sites, i.e. EBay.  Or on ETSY! We Do NOT Sell Our Birthday Tutus on Etsy IF you see Our Images on Etsy Please contact us ASAP!

  • Some of our designers' lines are unable to be discounted under any circumstances.

  • We cannot price match any website that is advertising a daily deal, liquidation, or clearance prices.


If you would like to submit a price match request, please send an email to cs@poshbabystore.com with the product you are interested in and the link of the website selling the product at a lower price.

What is the status of my order? TOP

Many of our products are handcrafted and custom made to order. The estimated production time associated with each item can be found on the product details if not please see Delivery Times Page. If the allotted time has elapsed, please feel free to contact our Customer Care team at cs@poshbabystore.com so that we may provide you with an update on your order.  For faster service, please have your order number handy.  

Will I receive the exact items as pictured on the site? TOP

In most cases "YES" however, our items are Custom handmade and materials, flowers , and ribbons are subject to availability. We will always send something that matches beautifully with your purchased item. This includes: Headbands, Tutu's etc..we do NOT refund after the fact if a different bow or flower was used. This is part of the custom order business.  We will do our best to provide the best product we can with the availability of our supplies at time of purchase.

 

PLEASE MAKE NOTE:  When an item is Rushed designers are working with materials available on short notice..again we will do our best to make the item as pictured but ribbons and flowers must be ordered and are not always available with a rushed time frame.

 

While we do make every effort to communicate with our designers/vendors to ensure that all pieces within a certain piece are available, on rare occasion will you receive a different bow on a garment, rhinestone color, ribbon, or etc., in place of an item that was out of stock at the time you place your order.  

Can Any of Your Items Be Customized? TOP

YES! WE LOVE CUSTOM ORDERS:

We LOVE custom orders! Please send us a message requesting a custom order, or use the Request Custom Order button on our home page. Email as many details as possible, a photo of party decorations, color theme, etc. and let's get creating that special birthday outfit for your child!

Our Custom orders are great for special events, pageant wear, boutique modeling, and other once in a lifetime moments.  Our Designer Boutique is waiting for your custom challenge!  If you have a Photo Of a Dress or a Tutu Outfit you seen elsewhere Send it on over to us we can Recreate it for you BETTER!!

We want to make your shopping experience with us an easy one!  We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover .  *All payments are accepted by a secure web server!  

Do you offer any Special Discount Coupons or Sales? TOP

YES! I do offer coupons and sometime Special Sales in the store!  Sign up for coupon codes on the Home Page of our Store to receive Monthly new Coupon Codes! The Holidays are just around the Corner too! So be sure to sign up soon!

Do you ship International? TOP

Yes we will ship to most international countries.  Contact us for more information at cs@poshbabystore.com

 You Can Email us the items you would like to order and the dates you need them by and I can Invoice you for that Order request with the Estimated Shipping Cost Options!  Contact Us Today We are Here for You and Happy to Help You Complete that Perfect Outfit or Dress!

Can I cancel an order once I have placed it? TOP

Due to the custom handmade nature and quick processing of our business we DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS once they have been placed. Once an order is received we immediately process the order, and Pay Our design Team upfront to make the Product- Then the item goes into production immediately! We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask you to carefully consider your purchase before submitting your order. Thank you.

How do I take Care of My Tutu? TOP

We recommend spot cleaning if something is spilled on your tutu.... a little soap and water does the trick on a soft damp cloth. For wrinkles we recommend hanging your My Tutu Boutique Tutu in a shower (not directly in a shower but the steam from the shower will help get any wrinkles out. Tulle must be finger combed in order to maintain it's look and fluffiness!

Can I Rush My Order ? TOP

Yes!  Rush Orders are available on many items for additional $15 Some of our couture items require $25 to Rush. Please Contact us with your NEED DATE BEFORE ORDERING and we will do our best to accommodate you. ***Many (but not all) Rush orders go out in 3-5 days and will be received by you in additional 3-4 days. Rush orders do not include EXPRESS SHIPPING. Please Contact us for rates to Express Ship your package.

***NOT ALL ITEMS CAN BE RUSHED!***

For Rush Orders to International Destinations:

Your items will ship ahead of the 3 weeks and will ship Priority or First Class. We cannot guarantee exact arrival time as this is up to your postal service Or Customs. We are NOT responsible for unforeseen delays with customs or shipping delays. Please CONTACT us if you would also like to Express Ship your package on top of the Rush fee.

 PLEASE NOTE:  We DO NOT REFUND any order that was RUSHED and did not arrive in time....thank you for your understanding. Please Plan Ahead When Ordering Feather Dresses or Tutu Dresses and Hand Painted Birthday Shoes.
