We accept credit card payments of VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payments by Paypal and by Google Checkout. But right now the PayPal cart is the only one turned on. You do NOT have to have current or do you need to sign up for paypal to pay for your order in my store.

What method of shipping do you use? TOP
Posh Baby Boutique ships merchandise via UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Because most items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, the method of shipping will vary between vendors.
When should I expect my item(s) to be shipped? TOP
Delivery times vary from product to product. When purchasing more than one item, your items may be shipped in different packages and at different times. Most items ship within 2 weeks, however please see item description for estimated shipping time per item. You will be notified by email when your order has shipped. Please contact us with requests for expedited shipping and we will do our best to accomodate your request.
Do you ship internationally? TOP
We are only able to ship to certain countries outside of the United States. Please contact us with questions regarding internationally shipping. There are many Vendors and Designers who DO NOT ship Internationally.
What happens if an item I purchase is on backorder? TOP
Occasionally an item you order may be on backorder or out-of-stock. You will be informed through email of the situation and will then be given the option to receive a refund or to choose another item to purchase. If we do not receive a response from you within 5 days, then we will automatically assume you are willing to wait for the order or we will issue a refund back to you if you contact us.
What Is Your Return Policy? TOP
We strive to provide our customers the highest quality service and merchandise available to us. Because many of our products are custom designed at the time an order is placed, we ask that you please make your selection very carefully as these items are not returnable.
Custom Made Items are NON REFUNDABLE and can therefore not be returned or exchanged. Items include but are not limited to: all personalized items, tutus, pettiskirts, custom bedding, handpainted products, Jewelry and custom clothing. If you have a questions whether or not an item is custom made then please contact us ahead of time and we will let you know if the item qualifies for a return.
Non-Custom Made Items must have prior authorization before returning. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order. All returns must be unused and returned in the original packaging for full credit. If you fail to notify us of your desire to return or replace your purchase within the 5 business day window, or if we suspect an item that you have returned has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Upon receipt of your approved return, we will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you have selected in exchange.
There are no returns, exchanges or credit after 25 days from receiving your order.
We can not issue a refund on shipping costs or the costs of return shipping. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our return address.
