INFO ABOUT TUTUS AND ONESIES BELOW:

**Tutus are made to be worn with tights or leggings underneath as they do not provide adequate coverage for privacy.**

**Wash all embroidered shirts inside out on gentle cycle for washer and air dry the item.**

**Tutu Sizing: Please add longer lengths to your order, if not selected you will receive an 8.5 inch tutu which is for children 3 and under. We suggest 10 inch tutu lengths for ages 3-7 and a 13 inch tutu for ages 7-10 yr old. Please Email us if you have any questions or Concerns about the length of a Tutu for you child!**

Onesie Size Chart:

6 - 12 months(14-19 lbs.) - just like a Gerber 12 month in torso length and Shoulder to inside thigh (15.5" - 16.5") . Waist not stretched 15 - 16" stretched comfortably 18".

12 - 18 months (19-26 lbs.) - Similar to a Carter's 12 month, but 1" wider in waist. Shoulder to inside thigh 18". Waist not stretched 19" stretched comfortably 21".

18 - 24 months (Very big- 27-34 lbs.) Nice and roomy, perfect for chubby babies. Shoulder to inside thigh 19". Waist not stretched 20" stretched comfortably 22".

Brand Used for Most Onesies is from the Monag or Carter Company!--WE DO NOT USE CHEAP GERBER ONESIE!!

How are the designs on the shirts put on? Do you use paint?

Each design is stitched on with embroidery thread on an industrial embroidery machine. Sometimes you may see in insert in a number or design, that is fabric stitched down. We do not use any paint or screen printing.

How do I get the tutu on?

To Adjust the size of your tutu:
Untie the bow.
Cinch or space the tutu pieces to the perfect waist fit.

We use ribbon to make the tutu waist and they tie on and can be adjusted for many years of wear. We do not use elastic waists for the tutus because they are much fluffier on ribbon bands and can be adjusted to almost any waist size.

How do I fluff my tutu after shipping?

To get out any crinkles, and it only takes under a minute after your iron or steamer heats up:

To make your tutu extra fluffy:

Set your iron to steam
Hold the tutu in one hand away from your body
Blast the tutu end pieces with several puffs of steam
Shake the tutu as you are steaming to release the crinkles

Your tutu should be extra puffy in seconds.
Hang the tutu up until ready to wear.

How do I wash my tutu outfit?

The onesies or shirts can simply be washed in your washing machine. Cold water is best to avoid shrinkage.

Hang to dry and hot iron.

You may put the onesies in the dryer, but please note that they are 100% cotton and do shrink! I washed one for my baby and put it in the dryer and it shrank about 1.5".

The tutus are made with nylon tulle and polyester ribbon. Please only hand wash the tutus or spot clean.

Can I change the colors on a set?

Sure! You can either write in what you would like changed in the note box at checkout or instead of entering a name, please type your email address and send us an email with all of your custom details. We try to be as accommodating as possible!

You can request an entirely different set as well. We love new designs!

Some of the items we do not add are crystals because they can be a choking hazard, and puff balls because they make it hard to package and fluff a tutu after shipping.

If you would like puff balls on your tutu, I would recommend ordering a tutu without them, fluff your tutu when it arrives, and glue on as many as you would like after it arrives and you fluff the tutu. This way it will look as nicely as possible.

Communication About Your Order TOP

All communication with regards to your orders will be conducted via email is the best way.

When contacting us with regards to an order. For fastest service please provide order #, date of order, items ordered and name on shipping. That way we can contact the appropriate designer for an update..without this info it will delay our response time.

All dates needed should be submitted with your order! The only contact we will have after your order is placed is to send you the tracking #. Once I have received it from the designer. From time to time mistakes can happen and there will be issues with USPS or FEDEX..but please be patient and order your items well in advance of your date to avoid any disappointment.
