This a Birthday tutu and the matching crochet flower headband. It is very colorful, made with a mix of mostly pink bright shimmer tulle, 100% soft nylon, sewn onto non-roll elastic band. It has many layers of tulle that are cut diagonally pixie style, and it's very full and fluffy. It has a bright hot pink satin ribbon bow at the waist with a flower and streamers and satin ribbons in coordinating colors all the way around.
