This adorable set comes with the tutu, the shirt or onesie, or tank top, and the matching flower clip headband. The tutu is made of 100% soft nylon diamond weave wedding tulle, in shimmer black and pink colors. It has close to 100 yards of tulle in order to create a very full tutu. The tutu is sewn onto elastic for extra durability, and because of the way I sew my tutus it allows room to stretch another 5-6 inches so your little one can wear it for a long time to come. The tutu has a large pink-black polka dot grossgrain bow at the waist doubled with a black satin bow and pink ric-rac bow topped with a resin Hello Kitty face embellishment, and it also has ric-rac, satin, and grossgrain ribbons all around it, in solid pink, fuschia and black solids and polka dots.

The shirt can be black, white, or pink, I have many sizes in stock so please convo to find out if I have your size. The shirt has a heart Hello Kitty embroidered on it, with the birthday number inside the heart, and the name under. Everything can be customized and changed according to buyer's preference. The set comes with a pink or black crochet headband with a polka dot, or solid pink or black flower on an alligator clip,or or any choice you request.
