The tutu features shimmery red tulle, and shimmery turqoise tulle layers, alternating to create a very fluffy look. At the waist it features a double bow in red and turqoise satin ribbons, and also has turqoise ribbon around it, as well as turqoise ric-rac trim, and red polka dot ribbon.
The headpiece is a headband that has turqoise blue chandelle feather boa that is hand-sewn all around it.
