The tutu and headband are made to match Olivia the pig birthday theme. The tutu is very full and perky, and has around 100 yards of premium quality nylon wedding tulle. It is a custom made sewn tutu NOT TIE-ON TUTU, made in your choice of size from baby-6x. Please convo for larger size pricing. I am very generous with the amount of materials and tulle I use in my tutus, and they are sewn to create the maximum fullness and poofines the waistband allows...The tutu features shimmery red tulle, and shimmery aqua tulle layers, alternating to create a very fluffy look. At the waist it features a double bow in red satin and ric rac ribbons, topped with a coordinating flower....The tutu has many, many yards of differents designs ribbons all around it, in solids, ricrac, polka dots..This is the over the top, deluxe version of this design because no tulle or ribbons were skimped on while making this tutu...

The headband and flower clip are in the coordinating red-blue theme colors, however I have many options in stock to choose from.
