This bright rainbow tutu set comes with the matching crochet flower headband. The tutu is very colorful, with bright shimmer tulle, 100% soft nylon, sewn onto non-roll elastic band. It has many layers of tulle that are cut diagonally pixie style, arranged in color blocks, and it's very full and fluffy. It has a bright ribbon bow at the waist with a flower and turqoise, purple, yellow, fuschia green and orange ric rac ribbons all the way around.
