This tutu dress was designed using shades of glitter light blue tulle and white tulle embellished with white poinsetta flowers with a rhinestone in the middle. This dress can be created in different sizes, colors, or with different flowers to coordinate with your occassion. This dress can be worn as a halter or shoulder strap as seen on picture. This dress can also be worn with strap around the chest for a different look. We also have a matching alligator clip or tulle flower headband to go with dress.
