The tutu is made with many yards of shimmer red and black colors , 100% diamond weave nylon wedding tulle. it is sewn onto an elastic waistband, which makes it more durable, as well as it allows room for growth, because it expands another 4-5 inches. My tutus are full and fluffy because I never skimp on materials, and I always use the maximum amount of tulle that the wiast size will accept. The front of the tutu is decorated with a polka dot red bow on an alligator clip. There is also a bottlecap Minnie Mouse embellishment in the center of the bow, which is inlcuded while supplies last.

The top can be a onesie for babies, and a shirt for older girls, I do have white, red and black colors in stock in various sizes so please convo me before purchase to make sure what you need is available. The top is embellished with a Minnie Mouse head with a polka dot bow applique. Please note that I have two versions available, the face silhouette as well as the full smiley Minnie face.
