All my layered tutus are sewn in layers which means that you will not have to keep rearranging the two colors of tulle when they move out of place during play. Others make their tutus with the same technique as standard tutus where the colors are alternated around the waistband and you have to fluff one color to the top and the other color to the bottom - not with mine! This also means I can add even more layers of tulle for a super full tutu.
