~Customer Satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase, please contact us with the information about your order ~
 

PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOM MADE ITEMS & PERSONALIZED ITEMS ARE NON REFUNDABLE OR EXCHANGEABLE. Most items are listed in the product description if it is custom made. If you are unsure if your item quailifies for a return please feel free to contact us. Please make sure you have reviewed all applicable sizing, shipping times and descriptions. We are happy to answer any sizing or shipping time frame questions.

 

 

ITEMS THAT QUALIFY FOR A RETURN - We will happily refund all returns that have original tags, unworn, and all accessories included to receive a full refund. All returns are inspected before the refund will be granted. You will receive an email when the refund has been issued. We will do exchanges if we have another item in the size you are wanting. If we dont have a different size in stock, we will give a refund.  In addition our return policy is in place to protect us from "prom dress" syndrome returns- or returns that are purchased for a special event or photography session and then returned. Please allow 7 business days for us to process your return once we receive your return item.
 

· Shipping charges will not be refunded with you credit.

· When returning items it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for shipping charges.

· It can take up to one billing cycle for credits to post and clear.

 
 
How do I return an item?
 

 

You must contact Posh Baby Boutique Store before returning any merchandise to verify that it qualifies and is elgible for a return/refund. You also must notify use within 3 days after your order has been delivered to inform us of the return.
 

*Merchandise must be received back in 5 days.

 
**Customers returning items need to obtain tracking numbers from the postal service you use to return the merchandise, as we are not responsible for returns that are not trackable and we have not received.**
