Products That are custom created to your specifications and handmade just for you and with that in mind there can be no returns on the item. Please contact us with any questions or problems that you may have with an order and we will gladly to address your concerns. If there is a problem with the order or questions please contact us through our Contact page.
Due to the handmade nature of our items, some ribbons/flowers are seasonal & are not always in stock. We use colors/styles of similar ribbons/flowers if we are out of stock in certain supplies.
If you have any questions on shipping, cancellations and/or returns about the items that you are interested in, and the most current "design times," or need your order sooner, please contact us through our Contact page.
RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES & Cancellations ------
Our items are custom-made and we do not issue any refunds or exchanges for hygienic purposes.
Shipping on voluntary returns must be covered by buyer except under extenuating circumstances or where the buyer has previously contact seller to notify of error.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods once the order has been marked as shipped. We do our best to ensure quality control on each and every one of our Products Sold.
If you Cancel your order there is a 15-20% Administration Fee For this. If its been longer than 48 hours since the order was Placed We will Not be able to Cancel the order UNLESS we Can NOT do the order by Your need Date and or The designer Refuses To do it for Any Reason. If In doubt Please contact Us First! So that We are Clear on the Delivery Date!
