Please Ship by U.S. Postal Mail with Tracking for Security Reasons with Original Packaging.
Shipping for returns?
If the Error is our fault we will Pay the Return Shipping Fees. If Not the Shipping Fees must be paid by the customer.
Credit for returns?
Depending on the product either a Store Credit or a Refund on Credit Card will be made to customer within the Standard 5-10 Business Days Depending on their Banking.

Due to the handmade nature of our items, some ribbons/flowers are seasonal & are not always in stock. We use colors/styles of similar ribbons/flowers if we are out of stock in certain supplies.
