Returns
At Posh Baby Store, we understand that many of our products are purchased for upcoming events, such as Birthdays, Holidays and Special Occasions, Weddings. Therefore, we do our best to make sure that you receive your item as quickly as possible. Because many of our items are Handmade and in such high demand, we ask that you purchase your products well in advance but we will accept any Orders that are needed Right away in a Rush!
Because many of our items are Handmade or Customized, we do not accept returns. If the error is on our part, we will make an exception. For example, you place an order for a Pink Hair Bow and we send you a Red Hair Bow; we will correct the error right away or if the name is spelled wrong or the wrong age on the Shirt we will send out a Replacement Right away!
We ask that you measure your child before ordering any of our products from our site. The size charts are listed in each product. If you do not find a size chart, please email us for the measurements or enter in your child's measurements in the comment box located in the product or the SPECIAL Request box located in the checkout. All of our items are custom handcrafted as ordered.
It is important to provide the correct measurements and sizes on custom designs to insure proper fit.
Posh Baby Boutique Store will NOT be held responsible for customer sizing errors.
