Shipping Policy

Our Shipping Policy:


When Do You ship?

Our Current processing Time on orders is 8-13 business days!  Business days are Monday-Friday.  Shipping takes an additional 2-3 days, although we like to ship one week before needed so that we lessen the risk of your item not arriving in time.


A Rush Fee Option for Birthday Tutu Sets is avail. With a 5-7 day processing time ($18) and or a 2 day processing time ($35).


RUSH Processing Fee For Girls Dresses-Feather Dresses:

If you would like a rush order for a certain date, please contact customer service at so this date can be confirmed before you place the order.  Instead of the normal 2-3 weeks, Rush Orders are for 10 business days, plus 2/3 days Priority Shipping.



**Your order will NOT be Rushed unless you select one of the rush options.  Rush processing Fee options are included in the shipping selections at checkout.**


**PLEASE NOTE:  That the Rush processing is completely different then Express shipping!  Rush processing puts your order ahead in line to ship sooner than regular processing times.  Express shipping is sent by USPS Express or FedEx shipping and arrives faster once shipped.


 We are not responsible for the package once it leaves us to go to you via USPS, FEDEX. Due to weather or delays we have no control over when your items could arrive.  Refunds will not be given for delayed Package due to the Postal offices errors or delays.  So PLEASE Plan Ahead and Always Calculate Shipping Times into the Normal Processing Times for Each Product.

How to track an order that's been shipped?

 We Post the tracking on the Website in your Order Tracking area We will Notify You by Email and Post the Tracking there for your Viewing and Records.


Our Return/ Exchange Policy:

 We ask that you measure your child before ordering any of our products from our site. The size charts are listed in each product. If you do not find a size chart, please enter in your child's measurements in the comment box located in the product or the Comments Request box located in the checkout. 



Most items are listed in the product description if it is custom made. If you are unsure if your item qualifies for a return please feel free to contact us. Please make sure you have reviewed all applicable sizing, shipping times and descriptions. We are happy to answer any sizing or shipping time frame questions.


**Our policy lasts 12 days. If 12 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. {If Applicable for Return/Refund Only}**


ITEMS THAT QUALIFY FOR A RETURN - We will happily refund all returns that have original tags, unworn, and all accessories included to receive a full refund. All returns are inspected before the refund will be granted. You will receive an email when the refund has been issued. We will do exchanges if we have another item in the size you are wanting. If we don’t have a different size in stock, we will give a refund. Please allow 7 business days for us to process your return once we receive your return item.

· Shipping charges will not be refunded with your credit.

· When returning items it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for shipping charges.

· It can take up to one billing cycle for credits to post and clear. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We will be Inspecting Product for Approval of a Return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable) 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged Or an Error has occurred On Our Part. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at  For approval For Return and send your item to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over $55, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
