Shipping Information

When an item is shipped a Delivery Confirmation Number is given to you by email. This is for your records, as well as ours it helps us to track the status of your purchase.

 

As the customer, we ask that you always submit a valid shipping address. We are not responsible for old addresses and we always ship to the desired "Ship To" address that you have provided at checkout.

 

Posh Baby Store will not offer refunds on any lost or damaged products during shipment.  We do not control how mail carriers handle your package and this type of damage lies solely with your carrier.  Please Purchase Extra Insurance To Cover Possible Damage To Your Parcel!

 

 

 

Shipping Policy:

The shipping times listed does not include transit time for your item. Please add an additional 3 to 5 business days onto shipping time included in each item description. Shipping times are based off of business days which are Monday thru Friday. Do not include Saturday and Sunday in your calculation.

 

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES ------


Our items are custom-made and we do not issue any refunds or exchanges for hygienic purposes. Federal Law Prohibits Returns of hair accessories and certain type of clothing to be returned to Designers Studios it is now considered a Health Code Violation! Please make note of that when Purchasing from our store!

 

Shipping on voluntary returns must be covered by buyer except under extenuating circumstances or where the buyer has previously contact seller to notify of error.

 

We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods once the order has been marked as shipped. We do our best to ensure quality control on each and every one of our Products Sold.
