Posh Baby Boutique wants to ensure that you receive your quality children's & baby products fast. We are currently shipping all of our products via USPS or FedEx whichever is the fastest and most economical.
When an item is shipped a Delivery Confirmation Number is given to you. This is for your records, as well as ours; it helps us to track the status of your purchase after it has left our offices. As the customer, we ask that you always submit a valid shipping address. We are not responsible for old addresses and we always ship to the desired "Ship To" address that you have provided at checkout.
Posh Baby Boutique Store and our partners are not responsible for shipping and/or transit times, as these are circumstances that are out of our control. We will do our best on our end, to ensure that you receive your item, but there are circumstances beyond our means.
All items are sent with delivery confirmation. Once the US Postal Service or shipping company has confirmed that your order has been delivered, Posh Baby Boutique Store and our partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
In addition, Please note that for any reason due to circumstances beyond our control shipping may be delayed (inclement weather, lost packages, customs etc.) - refunds will not be issued for packages delayed for circumstances out of our control.
If you have ordered multiple items, please be aware they may arrive in separate packages. Items will ship in accordance to the time frames stated in the items description, so some items may arrive more quickly than others.
