Non-Custom Made Items must have prior authorization before returning. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order. All returns must be unused and returned in the original packaging for full credit.
Upon receipt of your approved return, we will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you have selected in exchange.
We can Not issue a refund on shipping costs or the costs of return shipping. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our return address.
***Personalization may take 12 to 25 business days to process. Each Designer has their own time frame for making the item you might be ordering. So please be aware it may take some time for you to get your order by mail USPS. Holidays or Weekends do not count as business days. Thank you for your understanding and patients!
